NRDS Guwahati, a prominent educational institute in Northeast India, has been making significant contributions to rural development since its establishment on June 3rd, 2007. Registered under the Company's Act, 1956 on July 21st, 2010, as NRDS Management Private Limited, the institution has its headquarters in Guwahati and operates over 100 training centers in rural areas across Assam. With a rich history of innovation, NRDS is dedicated to providing holistic education and skill development opportunities to diverse segments of society.

As a leader in vocational training and skill development, NRDS has been instrumental in addressing the needs of school dropouts, existing workers, unemployed graduates, and students. By imparting essential skills and knowledge, NRDS empowers individuals to secure self-employment or wage employment, thereby fostering economic growth and social development. NRDS is renowned for its self-financed and government-recognized vocational cum skill development courses. It has been registered as a Vocational Training Provider for Modular Employable Skill (MES) under the Skill Development Initiative (SDI) Scheme, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Additionally, NRDS has run Entrepreneurship Development Programs under the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), promoting entrepreneurship and skill development.

The institute's commitment to skill development extends to national initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Kushal Vikash Yojana (PMKVY), where NRDS serves as a registered training partner. It also participates in the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) under PMKVY, focusing on upskilling individuals. NRDS is an authorized training partner of the National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) and Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA), driving digital literacy across Assam through its 80+ registered centers. Moreover, NRDS serves as a Project Implementing Agency (PIA) for the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. It is also registered as a PIA for the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) program under the Department of Labour and Welfare, Commissionerate of Labour, Government of Assam.

NRDS currently offers various short-term skill training programs, including Field Technician Networking & Storage, CCTV Installations Technician, Domestic Data Entry Operator, Retail Sales Associate, Assistant Beauty Therapist, General Duty Assistant, and many others. These programs are conducted in collaboration with the Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM), Ministry of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Assam.

In Mangaldai, We have opened a branch of NRDS with high  quality teaching faculty, high quality classroom and also try to give the best environment for our students. Students will get theory classes along with practical classes. Day by day the theory notes will be provided in this blog along with some videos and some questions for practices, so that every student will get a clear knowledge of computer.
